Alessandro Sollima - dancer

His dance career starts in Catania where he initially studies with Sonia Condorelli (funky) and with Valentine Chortea (classical ballet). Afterwards, he attends the "Modem Studio Atelier" a specialization course offered by the Compagnia Zappala' Danza. Here, he trains with the following instructors: Bryan Poer, Vladan Jovanovich, Giusi Santagati, Loris Petrillo, Anna Bussey, Roberto Zappalà, Loris Petrillo, Ime Essien, Giovanna Velardi, Giovanni Scarcella, Helge Letonja, Giannalberto De Filippis, Michal Mualem, Salvo Romania, Daniela Bendini, Anna Bussey. Gyrokinesys, Anna Bussey. Yoga, Yugi.

Next, Sollima participates in "Movimenti Urbani", a training project of urban dance taking place in Palermo. Other dance performances include "Modem Flow" and "Seeds/10" by Michal Mualem and Giannalberto de Filippis, choreographed by Giovanni Scarcella and "Il 2 Sesso/#1" choreographed by Simona Miraglia.

He also takes part in the urban performance "I Picciotti" with choreographies by Giovanna Velardi and “Esercizi di massa – 35 figure per una massa grande” choreographed by Michele Abbondanza.

In 2011 he performed with the Compagnia MotoMimetico in the show "Sulla Passione".
